✨Identify how you recharge your energy:  It is possible for you to recharge energy outside the home, traveling, doing activities with friends or visiting new places. Maybe you are the type of person who prefers to stay home, read a book, or watch a good movie while eating your favorite foods.🍿😋.


The key is how you feel afterwards. For example, if you go out with your friends and when you get home you feel more tired, that is not the best way for you to rest. On the other hand, if you feel revitalized, then it is the right way for you. Remember that every path is unique, and your well-being is no exception!


💫 Here you are discovering what really works for you. Let's look at some quick and easy ideas to implement.


 Get a good night's sleep: Identify how many hours you need to sleep to feel good.


 How about a walk in nature: Just sit in a park, get out of the city with your family and go have lunch outdoors, or try hiking.


✨ Try a new hobby: Maybe watercolors, meditation, acting, or video games catch your attention.


 Relaxing bathrooms: With soft music and some scented candles. These are my favorites.


In your work life, what could I put to play during the break?


✨ Try the pomodoro technique: This technique helps your learning by resting. Try working or studying for 25-50 minutes and then take 5-10 minute breaks.


✨ Change your environment, get up, and take breaks. Have a drink and focus on its flavor and texture. A few minutes enjoying the present.
